3D concept render: installation & dismantling

What is Installation & Dismantling?

Installation and dismantling (often shortened to I&D) is the on-site assembly of an exhibition stand before a show and its removal afterwards, carried out within the build-up and breakdown periods set by the organiser.

Installation crews work to the installation drawing and the organiser’s build-up schedule, with passes, vehicle slots and deliveries booked in advance. During the show a team is on call for anything that needs attention. Dismantling starts when the hall is released, and reusable elements are packed and stored for your next event.

What you get

  • Venue experience

Teams familiar with access, passes and build rules.

  • On-call support

Help during show days if something needs attention.

  • Storage

Stands can be stored for the next event.

  • Existing stands

    We also install client-owned systems.

How the project runs

  1. Brief

We confirm the event, space, objectives, brand guidelines and budget range.

  2. Concept and 3D design

Layout, visitor flow and branding are shown as 3D visuals for review.

  3. Technical drawings and approvals

Drawings are prepared and submitted to the organiser or venue.

  4. Fabrication

The stand is produced and pre-assembled in the workshop where possible.

  5. Installation

The team builds on site within the allocated build-up period.

  6. Show support and dismantling

We stay on call during the show, then dismantle and remove the stand.

Questions clients ask

What is included in turnkey exhibition stand services?

Turnkey means one contract covers the whole stand: concept and 3D design, technical drawings and organiser submissions, fabrication, graphics, flooring, lighting, AV and furniture, transport, installation, on-site support during the show, dismantling and removal. Storage for reuse can be added. The quotation lists exactly what is and is not included so there are no surprises on site.

Can one company manage both UAE and Saudi Arabia projects?

Yes. Running both markets with one contractor keeps the design, brand standards and point of contact consistent, while production and installation are planned locally for each event. It is particularly useful for brands exhibiting at several shows a year across the two countries.
