What is Modular Exhibition Stands?
A modular exhibition stand is built from reusable frame and panel components that can be reconfigured for different floor plans. Graphics are replaced show by show while the structure is stored and reused, which lowers cost over a calendar of several events.
We specify modular systems the same way we design custom stands: plan first, then structure. The system frame is reconfigured for each plot, graphics are replaced show by show, and the kit is stored between events. For brands exhibiting across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, we plan the kit so it travels and reconfigures between both markets.

How much does an exhibition stand cost in Dubai?
There is no single price, because cost follows the brief. The main drivers are floor area, stand type (shell scheme upgrade, modular or fully custom), height and structural complexity, rigging, AV and lighting, graphics, furniture, and the venue and organiser charges for power, approvals and deposits. Can one company manage both UAE and Saudi Arabia projects?
