Privacy Policy

Exhibix Gulf is the trading name of ABS Interior Design FZE LLC, registered at Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, how long we keep it and your rights. It applies to exhibixgulf.com and to enquiries you send us by form, WhatsApp, email or phone.

What we collect

When you send a quote request we receive the details you enter: name, company, email, phone, country, city, the service and event you are asking about, dates, stand size, budget range, your message and any file you attach, together with the page you sent it from and the time. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email we receive the information you include in the message and your contact details. Our server logs record IP addresses and browser information for security, and we use a rate limit on the form to prevent abuse.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a design and quotation, deliver a project you commission, invoice and keep accounts, and keep records that the law requires. We may send you follow-up messages about your enquiry or project. We do not sell personal information and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked for them.

Analytics and advertising tags

If analytics or advertising tags are active on this site (Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Pixel), they set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed and the source of your visit, and they record when a quote request is completed so we can measure which marketing brings enquiries. Who we share it with

Our email and hosting providers, who process data on our behalf; production and installation partners when needed to deliver your project, limited to what the project requires; and authorities or venues where an exhibitor contract or law requires it. Providers may be located outside the UAE; where they are, we rely on their contractual commitments to protect your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months so we can respond to follow-ups, then deleted. Project and accounting records are kept for the period required by UAE law. Uploaded files are deleted with the enquiry they belong to.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to a use of it, by emailing the address on the Contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time and in any case within the period required by the applicable law, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data where it applies.

Changes

We update this policy when our practices change. The date of the current version is shown in the page’s published and updated dates. This policy was prepared as a starting point for a newly incorporated company and should be reviewed by a qualified adviser before being relied on.
