Exhibition Stand Fabrication
Production of custom and modular stands: joinery, metalwork, paint, graphics, lighting and electrical.

What is Exhibition Stand Fabrication?
Exhibition stand fabrication is the manufacture of the physical stand from approved drawings. It covers joinery, metal structures, finishing, printed and cut graphics, lighting and electrical work, followed by a test assembly before the stand is transported to the venue.
Fabrication runs from approved drawings through joinery, metalwork, finishing, graphics and electrical, with a test assembly before the stand leaves. The test build is where joints are checked, graphics are fitted and lighting is powered up, so problems are solved in the workshop rather than on a venue floor with a clock running. Components are packed in build order and labelled to the installation drawing.

Questions clients ask
How long does exhibition stand fabrication take?
It depends on size and finish. As a planning guide, allow time for design and revisions, then organiser approval of the drawings, then workshop production, then the build-up days the venue allocates. Larger double-deck or heavily customised stands need more lead time than modular systems. The safest approach is to brief your contractor as soon as your space is confirmed; late briefs are possible but reduce design options and raise cost.
What is included in turnkey exhibition stand services?
Turnkey means one contract covers the whole stand: concept and 3D design, technical drawings and organiser submissions, fabrication, graphics, flooring, lighting, AV and furniture, transport, installation, on-site support during the show, dismantling and removal. Storage for reuse can be added. The quotation lists exactly what is and is not included so there are no surprises on site.
