Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to quotations and projects provided by ABS Interior Design FZE LLC, trading as Exhibix Gulf, registered at Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates (“Exhibix Gulf”, “we”). A signed quotation or purchase order forms the contract between you and us; where it conflicts with these terms, the signed document prevails.

Quotations

Quotations are itemised and valid for the period stated on them, usually 14 days. They cover only the items listed. Organiser and venue charges, such as power, water, internet, rigging, approvals and deposits, are billed by the organiser or venue unless the quotation expressly includes them.

Design and approvals

Design concepts and 3D visuals remain our property until the project is paid for in full, after which the approved design may be used by you for the project it was created for. We submit stand drawings to the organiser or venue on your behalf; their approval, rules and deadlines are outside our control and you agree to provide the information we need to meet them.

Payment

A deposit, stated on the quotation, is due on order and production does not start until it is received. The balance is due before the show opens, or on handover for projects without a show date, unless the quotation states otherwise. Late payment may delay installation or handover.

Changes and cancellation

Changes requested after design approval are quoted separately and may affect the delivery date. If you cancel after production has started, work done and materials ordered to that point are chargeable. If an event is cancelled or postponed by the organiser, we will account for work done and materials committed and agree the best route to reuse the stand.

Delivery and installation

We deliver and install within the build-up window the organiser allocates, subject to venue access, passes and the organiser’s own schedule. You are responsible for stand space, exhibitor registration and any items you supply, such as products, literature and your own equipment.

Liability

We carry out the work with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with venue regulations. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the contract, and we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or the consequences of an event being cancelled, postponed or relocated by the organiser. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Ajman. Disputes that cannot be resolved by discussion will be referred to the competent courts of Ajman. These terms were prepared as a starting point for a newly incorporated company and should be reviewed by a qualified adviser before being relied on.
