What is Event Management?
Event management in Exhibix Gulf’s scope is the production side of corporate events: planning the physical environment, coordinating staging, branding and AV, managing venue requirements, and running the build and breakdown on site. Guest management and programme content are scoped separately when needed.

3D visuals before anything is built
You approve the design from rendered views and a dimensioned plan. Changes are made then, not on the hall floor.

Every line is listed, including what the organiser bills separately, so there are no surprises on site.

Do you manage the whole event or only the branding?
Our core work is the physical environment: stands, stages, branding and displays. For corporate events we can also coordinate venue liaison, AV and production partners under one project manager. Full event management, including guest logistics and programme, is scoped separately.
What is included in turnkey exhibition stand services?
Turnkey means one contract covers the whole stand: concept and 3D design, technical drawings and organiser submissions, fabrication, graphics, flooring, lighting, AV and furniture, transport, installation, on-site support during the show, dismantling and removal. Storage for reuse can be added. The quotation lists exactly what is and is not included so there are no surprises on site.
