Exhibition Stand Design
Stand concepts, 3D visuals and technical drawings built around your objectives, your space and the rules of the venue.
Custom stands, pavilions and turnkey delivery for exhibitors at Riyadh’s major trade, technology, real estate and government-sector events.

Riyadh hosts many of Saudi Arabia’s flagship exhibitions, and exhibitors arrive with ambitious stands and fixed opening dates. An exhibition stand contractor in Riyadh manages the whole delivery: design, organiser approvals, production, transport, on-site build, show support and removal.
Custom and modular stands, large island and double-decker builds, national and corporate pavilions, majlis-style meeting and hospitality areas, LED and AV integration, bilingual Arabic and English graphics, and full installation and dismantling.
Major shows use large venues on the edges of the city, so transport time, vehicle access and crew logistics need planning. Organisers typically require contractor registration and approved drawings before build-up. Always check the exhibitor manual for your specific edition, as venues and rules can change from year to year.
Floor area, stand type, height and structure, rigging, AV and LED, graphics and furniture, transport distance for elements produced outside the city, and organiser and venue service charges. Every quotation is itemised.
The largest Riyadh shows fill production capacity across the region in the weeks before they open. Briefing early secures design time and a production slot; it is the single most effective way to control cost and quality.
Brands that exhibit in both countries can keep one design language, one project manager and reusable stand elements across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Yes. We deliver stands in Riyadh and across Saudi Arabia, including Jeddah and the Eastern Province. Tell us the event and venue, and we will confirm the delivery plan, local build team and the approvals the organiser requires.
The same drivers as anywhere: floor area, stand type, height, rigging, AV, graphics and furniture. In Saudi Arabia, also allow for transport distance if elements are produced outside the city, organiser and venue service charges, and the lead time needed for approvals. We itemise every line so you can compare options such as custom versus modular.
It depends on size and finish. As a planning guide, allow time for design and revisions, then organiser approval of the drawings, then workshop production, then the build-up days the venue allocates. Larger double-deck or heavily customised stands need more lead time than modular systems. The safest approach is to brief your contractor as soon as your space is confirmed; late briefs are possible but reduce design options and raise cost.
Yes. Running both markets with one contractor keeps the design, brand standards and point of contact consistent, while production and installation are planned locally for each event. It is particularly useful for brands exhibiting at several shows a year across the two countries.
The event name and dates, your stand number with dimensions and open sides, the exhibitor manual if you have it, your objectives, the products or demos you will show, meeting and storage needs, brand guidelines and a budget range. With these, the first concept is usually close to final.
Share the event, the stand size and your dates. We reply with questions if anything is unclear, then a costed proposal with 3D visuals.
