Exhibition Stand Design
Stand concepts, 3D visuals and technical drawings built around your objectives, your space and the rules of the venue.
Design, fabrication and installation of exhibition stands in Jeddah, including Jeddah Superdome and the Jeddah Center for Forums & Events.

Jeddah is the commercial gateway of Saudi Arabia’s western region, and its exhibition calendar mixes international trade shows, consumer fairs and corporate events. An exhibition stand contractor in Jeddah handles design, organiser approvals, production, delivery, on-site build, show support and dismantling, so exhibitors arriving from Riyadh, the UAE or abroad have one accountable team on the ground.
Custom and modular exhibition stands, shell-scheme upgrades, pavilions, retail and mall kiosks, event branding, LED and AV integration, bilingual Arabic and English graphics, and full installation and dismantling.
Jeddah Superdome is a very large column-free dome used for major exhibitions and events; its scale favours open, high-impact stands and needs careful planning for power and rigging. The Jeddah Center for Forums & Events is the city’s established exhibition venue for trade shows. Hotel ballrooms host many corporate and government events. Each venue sets its own access and build rules, so confirm them in the exhibitor manual for your edition.
Elements produced elsewhere travel by road from Riyadh or the UAE, or by sea through Jeddah Islamic Port for international exhibitors shipping stand materials. Allow for transit time, customs where applicable, and the build-up window the organiser allocates.
Floor area, stand type, height and structure, rigging, LED and AV, graphics and furniture, transport distance, and organiser and venue service charges. Quotations are itemised so you can compare options.
Brief us as soon as your space is confirmed. Jeddah shows share regional production capacity with Riyadh and Dubai events, so an early brief secures the design time and production slot you need.

Yes. Running both markets with one contractor keeps the design, brand standards and point of contact consistent, while production and installation are planned locally for each event. It is particularly useful for brands exhibiting at several shows a year across the two countries.
It depends on size and finish. As a planning guide, allow time for design and revisions, then organiser approval of the drawings, then workshop production, then the build-up days the venue allocates. Larger double-deck or heavily customised stands need more lead time than modular systems. The safest approach is to brief your contractor as soon as your space is confirmed; late briefs are possible but reduce design options and raise cost.
Yes. Design reviews, approvals and sign-off are handled remotely, and we take care of organiser submissions, local production and on-site build, so your team can arrive when the stand is ready for handover.
The event name and dates, your stand number with dimensions and open sides, the exhibitor manual if you have it, your objectives, the products or demos you will show, meeting and storage needs, brand guidelines and a budget range. With these, the first concept is usually close to final.
Share the event, the stand size and your dates. We reply with questions if anything is unclear, then a costed proposal with 3D visuals.
