Technology stands at GITEX are demo-led: reliable power and data, screens visible from the aisle, several demo stations and meeting space that stays usable when the stand is crowded. A new venue means new hall layouts and access routes, so confirm your hall, rigging options and delivery schedule with the organiser early.

Questions clients ask
How long does exhibition stand fabrication take?
It depends on size and finish. As a planning guide, allow time for design and revisions, then organiser approval of the drawings, then workshop production, then the build-up days the venue allocates. Larger double-deck or heavily customised stands need more lead time than modular systems. The safest approach is to brief your contractor as soon as your space is confirmed; late briefs are possible but reduce design options and raise cost.
What should we prepare before asking for a quotation?
The event name and dates, your stand number with dimensions and open sides, the exhibitor manual if you have it, your objectives, the products or demos you will show, meeting and storage needs, brand guidelines and a budget range. With these, the first concept is usually close to final.
