Black Hat MEA is the Middle East edition of the Black Hat cybersecurity event series, held in Riyadh with international and regional cybersecurity vendors, government entities and a large conference programme.
Cybersecurity stands are demo- and talk-led: screens visible from the aisle, a small presentation area and meeting space for enterprise and government buyers.
Dates, halls and exhibitor regulations change between editions. Always confirm them on the organiser’s official website. Exhibix Gulf is an independent stand contractor and is not affiliated with the event organiser.
Dates and venue details are set by the organiser and can change. Always confirm on the official event website.
Questions clients ask
What do technology exhibitors most often get wrong on a stand?
Too many screens and not enough places to talk. Demo stations work when they are visible from the aisle, staffed, and backed by a quiet space to continue the conversation. Reliable power and data come before everything else.
How long does exhibition stand fabrication take?
It depends on size and finish. As a planning guide, allow time for design and revisions, then organiser approval of the drawings, then workshop production, then the build-up days the venue allocates. Larger double-deck or heavily customised stands need more lead time than modular systems. The safest approach is to brief your contractor as soon as your space is confirmed; late briefs are possible but reduce design options and raise cost.
