Exhibition Stand Design
Stand concepts, 3D visuals and technical drawings built around your objectives, your space and the rules of the venue.
Exhibition stand contractor for ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi: energy, defence, government and sustainability shows. Design, build, install and dismantle.

Abu Dhabi’s exhibition calendar is led by large energy, defence, government and sustainability events at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, where stands often include formal meeting rooms, hospitality and technical displays. An exhibition stand contractor in Abu Dhabi manages design, organiser approvals, production, transport, on-site build, show support and removal.
Custom and modular stands, large island and double-decker builds, national and corporate pavilions, majlis-style meeting and hospitality areas, scale-model plinths, LED and AV integration, bilingual graphics, and full installation and dismantling.
ADNEC is the capital’s main exhibition venue and hosts shows such as ADIPEC. Organisers typically require approved stand drawings and registered contractors before build-up, and the largest shows have strict security and access procedures. Factor in transport time if elements are produced in Dubai or another emirate.
Floor area, stand type, height and structure, rigging, AV and LED, graphics and furniture, hospitality and meeting-room fit-out, transport, and organiser and venue service charges. Every quotation is itemised.
Government-sector and energy shows attract ambitious stands and long approval chains on the exhibitor side. Brief early so design reviews, internal sign-offs and organiser approvals all fit before production must start.
Brands exhibiting at ADNEC and at Riyadh or Dubai events keep one design language, one project manager and reusable stand elements across all of them.

We reply within one working day.
Concept studies are labelled as such. Completed projects are added only with the client’s permission, and references are available on request.
There is no single price, because cost follows the brief. The main drivers are floor area, stand type (shell scheme upgrade, modular or fully custom), height and structural complexity, rigging, AV and lighting, graphics, furniture, and the venue and organiser charges for power, approvals and deposits. Send us the event, stand size and orientation, and we will return an itemised quotation so you can see where the budget goes and where it can be reduced.
It depends on size and finish. As a planning guide, allow time for design and revisions, then organiser approval of the drawings, then workshop production, then the build-up days the venue allocates. Larger double-deck or heavily customised stands need more lead time than modular systems. The safest approach is to brief your contractor as soon as your space is confirmed; late briefs are possible but reduce design options and raise cost.
Turnkey means one contract covers the whole stand: concept and 3D design, technical drawings and organiser submissions, fabrication, graphics, flooring, lighting, AV and furniture, transport, installation, on-site support during the show, dismantling and removal. Storage for reuse can be added. The quotation lists exactly what is and is not included so there are no surprises on site.
Yes. Running both markets with one contractor keeps the design, brand standards and point of contact consistent, while production and installation are planned locally for each event. It is particularly useful for brands exhibiting at several shows a year across the two countries.
The event name and dates, your stand number with dimensions and open sides, the exhibitor manual if you have it, your objectives, the products or demos you will show, meeting and storage needs, brand guidelines and a budget range. With these, the first concept is usually close to final.
Share the event, the stand size and your dates. We reply with questions if anything is unclear, then a costed proposal with 3D visuals.
