Exhibition Stand Design
Stand concepts, 3D visuals and technical drawings built around your objectives, your space and the rules of the venue.
Design, fabrication, installation and dismantling for exhibitors at Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai, managed by one team under one contract.

An exhibition stand contractor takes responsibility for turning your rented floor space into a working stand: design, organiser approvals, production, transport, on-site build, show support and removal. In Dubai that means working to the regulations of the specific venue and organiser for your show, within build-up windows that are often only a few days.
Custom and modular stands, shell-scheme upgrades, double-decker structures, country and group pavilions, AV and LED integration, graphics, furniture, and full installation and dismantling. You can take the complete turnkey service or individual parts of it.
Dubai World Trade Centre is central, with tight access and short build-up periods, so pre-assembly and precise delivery slots matter. Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai is in Dubai South, with large column-free halls and different access routes; several of the city’s biggest shows, including GITEX Global and WHX Dubai (formerly Arab Health), now take place there. Confirm the venue for your edition before planning.
Floor area, stand type (custom, modular or shell-scheme upgrade), height and structural complexity, rigging, AV and lighting, graphics, furniture and flooring, plus organiser and venue charges such as power, approvals and deposits. We quote line by line so you can see where the budget goes and adjust it.
Brief us as soon as your space is confirmed. Design and revisions, organiser approval, production and the build-up period all need time, and large or double-decker stands need more of it. Late briefs are possible but narrow the design options.
Event name and dates, hall and stand number, dimensions and open sides, the exhibitor manual, your objectives, products or demos, meeting and storage needs, brand guidelines and a budget range. If your team calls it an exhibition stall or expo stall rather than a stand, the service is the same.
Stand concepts, 3D visuals and technical drawings built around your objectives, your space and the rules of the venue.

Reusable system stands that reconfigure for different stand sizes, with new graphics for each show.

You approve the design from rendered views and a dimensioned plan. Changes are made then, not on the hall floor.
Every line is listed, including what the organiser bills separately, so there are no surprises on site.
A single accountable contact from brief to dismantling, with progress photographs from the workshop and the site.
We reply within one working day.
Concept studies are labelled as such. Completed projects are added only with the client’s permission, and references are available on request.
There is no single price, because cost follows the brief. The main drivers are floor area, stand type (shell scheme upgrade, modular or fully custom), height and structural complexity, rigging, AV and lighting, graphics, furniture, and the venue and organiser charges for power, approvals and deposits. Send us the event, stand size and orientation, and we will return an itemised quotation so you can see where the budget goes and where it can be reduced.
It depends on size and finish. As a planning guide, allow time for design and revisions, then organiser approval of the drawings, then workshop production, then the build-up days the venue allocates. Larger double-deck or heavily customised stands need more lead time than modular systems. The safest approach is to brief your contractor as soon as your space is confirmed; late briefs are possible but reduce design options and raise cost.
Turnkey means one contract covers the whole stand: concept and 3D design, technical drawings and organiser submissions, fabrication, graphics, flooring, lighting, AV and furniture, transport, installation, on-site support during the show, dismantling and removal. Storage for reuse can be added. The quotation lists exactly what is and is not included so there are no surprises on site.
Yes. Design reviews, approvals and sign-off are handled remotely, and we take care of organiser submissions, local production and on-site build, so your team can arrive when the stand is ready for handover.
The event name and dates, your stand number with dimensions and open sides, the exhibitor manual if you have it, your objectives, the products or demos you will show, meeting and storage needs, brand guidelines and a budget range. With these, the first concept is usually close to final.
Share the event, the stand size and your dates. We reply with questions if anything is unclear, then a costed proposal with 3D visuals.
