Exhibition stand design ideas and trends for 2026

Ideas that work on Gulf show floors, grouped by the problem they solve. Use them as a starting point for your brief, not a checklist.

Open fronts and clear sight lines

Stands that can be seen into from the aisle draw more visitors than walled boxes. Keep the front open, put reception to one side and let the product be visible from a distance.

Fewer, larger screens

One well-placed LED wall with purposeful content outperforms a row of small monitors. Plan the content first, then size the screen.

Meeting space that works when the stand is busy

Semi-private meeting pods, majlis-style seating and a quiet back area are what turn conversations into deals, especially at Riyadh shows.

Materials that read as premium

Timber, stone-effect surfaces, fabric and warm lighting photograph better and feel more permanent than glossy laminate.

Reusable architecture

Design the feature elements to be stored and rebuilt; change the graphics each show. It lowers cost and waste.

Bilingual content

Arabic and English graphics and screens are expected at Saudi shows and increasingly in the UAE.

Sustainability you can evidence

Reused structures, fabric graphics instead of single-use boards, LED lighting and responsible disposal are credible claims; vague green messaging is not.

Questions clients ask

Can a modular stand look as good as a custom one?

For most inline and corner plots, yes. Modern modular systems take seamless fabric graphics, integrated lighting and custom counters, so visitors rarely notice the system behind it. The differences show on very large island plots and in unusual shapes, where custom construction still wins.

Should we rent or buy LED screens for exhibitions?

For one or two shows a year, renting through your stand contractor is usually cheaper and avoids storage and maintenance. Buying makes sense for permanent showrooms, retail and brands that use the same screens at many events.

What file formats are needed for exhibition graphics?

Vector files (AI, EPS or PDF) for logos and text, and high-resolution images at the final print size, usually 100 to 150 dpi at 1:1 scale. We provide templates with the exact dimensions and bleed for each panel once the design is approved.
