Island stand concept for a technology exhibitor

A 12 × 9 m island plot at a technology show, open on four sides, with a 4 m height limit and a four-day build-up. The brief: three live product demos, a meeting area for enterprise buyers, and storage for devices.

This is a design concept study prepared by Exhibix Gulf to show how we approach a brief of this kind, presented as a 3D concept render. It is not a completed project for a named client.

Challenge

Four open sides mean no back wall to hang screens on. Demos needed to be visible from every aisle without turning the stand into a wall of monitors, and meetings needed privacy in a space that is by definition open.

Solution

A central tower carries the brand and the main LED on two faces, leaving all four aisles open. Three demo pods sit at the corners, each visible from two aisles. A semi-enclosed meeting room is tucked behind the tower with its own acoustic ceiling, and the storage is built into the tower base.

What the concept achieves

Every demo is visible from the aisle, the stand reads as one object from a distance, and the meeting room seats six without blocking any sight line. Pre-assembled tower and pods fit the four-day build.
