Exhibiting at LEAP in Riyadh: planning your stand

Illustration for Exhibiting at LEAP in Riyadh: planning your stand

LEAP has become one of the largest technology events in the region, and its stands are among the most ambitious. Planning early is the difference between a smooth build and an expensive one.

Production capacity is the constraint

In the weeks before LEAP, workshops across the Gulf are full. Briefing early secures design time and a production slot; late briefs mean overtime and compromises.

Large LED and large stands

LEAP stands lean on big LED walls and tall structures. Both need structural planning, organiser approval and power ordered in advance.

Venue logistics

The venue sits on the edge of Riyadh; transport time, vehicle access and crew accommodation go into the plan. Confirm venue and access details for your edition in the exhibitor manual.

Bilingual content and hospitality

Arabic and English graphics, and majlis-style meeting and hospitality areas, are standard on Saudi stands that host government and enterprise visitors.

One contractor for Saudi and the UAE

If you also exhibit at GITEX, design the LEAP stand so feature elements can be reused in Dubai, or the other way round.

Always confirm current dates, venue and regulations on the organiser’s website. Exhibix Gulf is an independent contractor and is not affiliated with LEAP.

Questions clients ask

Do you provide exhibition stands in Riyadh?

Yes. We deliver stands in Riyadh and across Saudi Arabia, including Jeddah and the Eastern Province. Tell us the event and venue, and we will confirm the delivery plan, local build team and the approvals the organiser requires.

What affects the cost of an exhibition stand in Riyadh?

The same drivers as anywhere: floor area, stand type, height, rigging, AV, graphics and furniture. In Saudi Arabia, also allow for transport distance if elements are produced outside the city, organiser and venue service charges, and the lead time needed for approvals. We itemise every line so you can compare options such as custom versus modular.

How long does exhibition stand fabrication take?

It depends on size and finish. As a planning guide, allow time for design and revisions, then organiser approval of the drawings, then workshop production, then the build-up days the venue allocates. Larger double-deck or heavily customised stands need more lead time than modular systems. The safest approach is to brief your contractor as soon as your space is confirmed; late briefs are possible but reduce design options and raise cost.
